In the FISTIK TEXTILE yarn facility, %100 Cotton, Melange, Cotton/Polyster yarns from NE 6/1 to 40/1 are being manufactured. %95 of the yarns that manufactured are used for the company's knitting mill. Yarns are also manufactured due to customers demands.

KNITTING

Fistik TEKSTIL San. Ve Tic. A.Ş, has improved its knitting capacity, by investing 21 open width knitting machine between 2013-2016 due to customer demands. As of today, in total, there are 24 tubular Knitting Machine and 21 Open-Width Knitting machine consisted of high technology Terrot, Mayer, Pailung and Pilotelli Brands, in our knitting mill.

25 Tons/Day, Tubular-Open Width, Elastane, Full Elastane, Single Jersey, Single Lacoste Pique, Double Lacoste Pique, American Lacoste Pique, Rib, Interlock, Camisole, Cardigan, Two Thread Fleece, Three Thread Fleece fabric compositions can be knitted between 100 gr/m2 and 340 gr/m2 range.

%100 Cotton, %100 Polyster, %100 Viscose, Cotton-Polyster, Cotton-Viscose, Polyviscose, Grey Melange, Snow Melange and different blended fabrics can ve knitted.

10 of Tubular knitting machines has Elastane attachment, all of 21 open-width knitting machine has Full Elastane attachment.

Each roll of fabric are controlled right after knitting with using different sources of lights, by our experienced staff in our quality control department.

DYEING

20 Tons/Day, Tubular-Open Width, Elastane, Full Elastane, %100 Cotton, %100 Polyster, %100 Viscose, Cotton-Polyster, Polyviscose, Grey Melange, Snow Melange and all blended fabric compositions can be dyed, bleached and washed in our 11 HT dyeing machines.

Our Dyeing Mill consists of high technology dyeing machines and dyestuff & chemical automation system. By using standardized processes, our experienced staff and engineers implement a systematic, repeatable and secure production.

With continuous improvement, decreasing consumption and preventing wastage are always prioritized. For this purpose, dyeing processes are consistently improved, the mill has heat recovery system and machines are kept in good condition by periodic maintenance. Thus, energy, water, dyestuff and chemical consumption are minimized.

All dyestuff and chemicals that are used in production are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified materials.


FINISHING

In our Finishing department consists of a tubular finishing line and an open-width line which are to process fabrics in different width and gsm. Tubular finishing line has capacity of processing 15.000 kg/day, open-width line has capacity of processing 20.000 kg/day.

The fabric which is needed to be pre-treated and has been dyed come to finishing department in order to gain the wanted properties such as width, gsm, fastness, shrinkage and touch.

Due to customer demands, raising and brushing finishing treatments which gives different touch and look can be applied. In addition to this, some technical finisihings such as; antibactorial finishing, water repellent finishing, hydrophilic finishing can be applied.


LABORATORY

In our Chemistry and Physics Laboratory, colour measurements, sample studies, colour studies, fibre analysis, dyestuff and chemical analysis, physical and chemical tests are implemented.

150 tube/day Colour studies are implemented due to customer demands, by our colour specialists. In order to get more precise and faster results, spectrophotometer (datacolour) colour assessing device is used.

The tests and controllings that laboratuary implements are; colour controlling (by specktrophotometer and by eyes), dimensional change after washing-shrinkage, spirality after washing, hand feeling-touch, colour fastness, water fastness, perspiration fastness, rubbing fastness, pilling resistance test, pH, GSM, width and tensile strenght tests.

Quality Control

Our Quality Control Deparment Consists of Raw Quality Control Department and Finished Quality Control Department.

Every each roll of fabric is inspected by quality control staff right after knitted.

In-Process Quality Control is implemented during dyeing and finishing processes. Each roll of Finished fabrics are visually checked and physically & chemically tested.

The tests and controllings that laboratuary implements are; colour controlling (by specktrophotometer and by eyes), dimensional change after washing-shrinkage, spirality after washing, hand feeling-touch, colour fastness, water fastness, perspiration fastness, rubbing fastness, pilling resistance test, pH, GSM, width and tensile strenght tests.

Samples from each lot/party fabrics are kept for 3 months after sent to customers, in order to solve unexpected situations.
